I’m Tirzah, A Cincinnati,OH-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I help women make peace with food and their body through Intuitive Eating & functional nutrition.
My goal is for you to have a healthy relationship with food and feel good about your health! I want to help you find the root cause of any health issues you are experiencing that are keeping you from feeling like YOU.
My favorite part about being a dietitian is getting to talk about food all day. I’m a true foodie at heart. I love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen which you can find some of my go to’s on my blog.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling to other places and exploring different restaurants and cuisine. I remember a time when the stress of figuring out what to eat kept me from enjoying life with friends & family, which is why I want to help others find a lifestyle that is attainable and stress-free.
- I love live concerts and music festivals. There’s just something about listening to your favorite artist live, surrounded by people who know every word like you.
- I love hiking and exploring a new city. My favorite place to hike & explore is Colorado.
- One of my favorite roles in my life is being an Aunt. I love spending time with my nieces & nephews. I’ve actually been an aunt since I was four years old.

I have worked with a diverse background of individuals and have experience counseling a variety of individuals with different ailments and or dietary restrictions. I specialize in working with Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating, Intuitive Eating, Gi Disorders (i.e. IBS, SIBO, Crohn's Disease, Celiac) and Hormonal Imbalances (i.e. PCOS) as well as general wellness counseling to support healthy behavior change.
